Notes on today
Feb. 28th, 2008 11:06 pm1) LOST. OMGWTFBBQAWWWWWWW... brothah.
2) Finally reading the last Harry Potter. Very glad I decided to wait until long after the release craziness, as a) I give a shit again b) I've forgotten most of the spoilers by now c) I'm actually enjoying it to a degree that would have surprised me in August, when the hoopla and batshittery pretty much ruined any excitement I had over its release.
3) Any sort of surgery that only requires local anesthetic, especially if it's in a TMI sort of area, is probably one of the most surreally unpleasant experiences ever, cause you can feel EVERYTHING except pain, which is just wrong. It's supposed to hurt like bloody fucking murder when someone is slicing into your flesh, and you're supposed to be screaming your head off, or biting down on a whiskey soaked rag or something. But no, there I was, being quite understandibly tense, sort of philosophically contemplating how weird it all was and that maybe before getting all happy down there with the sharp things and the cauterizer (yes, there was surgical burnination! And it was mean and nasty and ugly and horrible and all kinds of things!), maybe a dinner, movie and perhaps foreplay wouldn't be too much to ask? In other news, sitting down is a bit of an adventure now, and not for the good kinky reasons. :/
4) Also not fun - being emotional overwrought, pretty much all day... I think I can count at least three major mood swings from misery to rage and back, two panic attacks, at least three explosive crying jags, one near sporking, and one insane fit of giggles.... yeah. Glad today's over, lemme tell you.
