List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good, but they mustbe songs you're really enjoying now, shaping your spring. Post theseinstructions in your LJ along with your 7 songs. Then tag 7 otherpeople to see what they're listening to. bah tagging.
Jesus, I have to narrow it down to SEVEN??
The Greenskeepers - It Rubs the Lotion On Its Skin
found this trolling youtube for the corresponding sequence from the movie. Excellent, though creeptastic song.
Franz Ferdinand - The Fallen
I liked Franz Ferdinand well enough for "take me out." After a few listens, I like this song better.
Shakespears Sister - Goodbye Cruel World
The more I listen to this song, the more I feel like Siobhan Fahey, drama queen or no, is one of the more underappreciated altos working right now.
Ani DiFranco - Amazing Grace
probably the closest Ani veers into Trip-Hop territory. It's certainly the most interesting version of the hymn I've ever heard.
Massive Attack - Teardrop
I don't care if House "ruined" it. This is still one of my favorite songs ever.
Guster - Two Points for Honesty
Ah, Guster. This must have been a bitch to sing at first considering it has an extremely weird meter.
The Mamas and the Papas - Creeque Alley
This song's just fun - it's the story of how they got started, sung in extremely interesting 4 pt harmony.
Of course, as usual, all list pertaining to music are subject to change every 10 minutes or so.
