*sigh* got an email from chiquitita. She's having problems getting my insurance to cover her. :P

That sounds like the fun and games that I had with my physical therapist. Did you check with your insurance first to make sure that they were covered? Is there a possibility that chiquita billed it wrong? I think the best thing to do find out if she's listed or not and then call up the insurance company to find out what's going wrong. If she's not covered, you can offer to pay her what the insurance would have paid her, and not the full amount they're going to charge you.
