kjpepperOnce again... far less of a big deal to do something than to worry about it. I took my pills at 1:45ish and fell asleep talking to C.
Kept waking up last night, but not really. I have a dim half asleep sense of stumbling to the bathroom and back, and a hazy memory of popping awake at 5:40 this morning just before my alarm started going off. That was memorable since I stretched and my left calf was all OH HAI CHARLEY HORSE and I was like "Ow." I didn't actually get up until 7.
You know if I can get past the sense of oh no I slept therefore I just wasted the 4-8 hours I often have upon waking up, I could probably get used to sleeping more.
