First Kids

Looking at the pictures from yesterday's speech, especially Obama's ridiculously beautiful daughters, a thought occurred to me... it seems like of the presidents since Kennedy with young children during their time in the White House, I think all of said kids were girls. So it's been forty five years since a boy got to grow up in the White House... longer if you realize that JFK Jr. really didn't get to either, since he was all of not quite three when his father was killed.

I don't know it's a random factoid, but I found it kinda interesting to think about.
