kjpepper*sigh* Sure, tonight I'm wide awake at 4 am.
Ended up staying up way late after my last entry. Got a mix and a half done, though I'm going to have to swap out a couple of songs from the first one provided i can find them. :)

beatgoddess heard me hacking up a lung and immediately reopened the Crusty Camel All Night Café and Clinic on my behalf, dosing me with many a multivitamin, tea, soup, toast, Vicks and some fairly yummy cocktail involving vanilla, Smirnoff Ice, and cough syrup. I'm going to have to keep that one in mind if I ever have any kids with coughs. May save me the exercise of chasing them around the house to get them to take their medicine, which of course I put my own mother through when I was a kid. Boy. You'd be amazed at how fast a kid with bronchitis and asthma can run when Mommy pulls down the bottle of Brondicon.
Feature presentation at the adjoining Crusty Camel Cinema was The Jerk with Steve Martin. *shakes head* Bless the seventies. You sure as hell can't get away with making a movie like that or like Blazing Saddles anymore. If anyone out there is willing, please keep an eye out on file-sharing-client of choice for the cute little song Steve Martin sings with Bernadette Peters called "(Tonight) You Belong to Me" I have this feeling it's a mite too obscure for the usual Kazaa users.
