Sorry. My homework for tonight is to read Zamiyatin's We for science fiction tomorrow. I read it before when sundart was taking the class, but I don't remember jack shit about it other than the fact that everyone went by letters and numbers and that it reminded me of Ayn Rand's Anthem to the point of wondering whether Rand had been gleefully plagirizing. Still, should be a fun read.

Fairly good evening so far. Talked to timarok for a bit, and I think I annoyed the hell out of him (he kinda deserved it) which I took an unholy amount of glee in. Still - I was glad to talk to him for the first time in jeezus, two weeks. (shut up, y'alls.) like yay.

I think there is grocery shopping in the offing tonight. And some We. And then... some sleeeeeeeeeeep...

We is disturbing... I loved it. I seem to remember something about glass walls and floors so the government can always see what you're doing, with the exception of an hour or so of private time. Unless that was 'Left Hand of Darkness' by Ursula K. LeGuin. Another disturbing book. But I think Left Hand took place on an ice world. I always get the two mixed up, seeing as I had to read them one after the other for a class at UMass.
