kjpepperRemember how I've been trying to stay more or less dairy free for the past couple of weeks? (This is blatently not counting the couple of small ice cream indulgences) I just picked up my allergy meds and read the inactive ingredients - one of them is lactose monohydrate.
Don't ask me why my allergy pills have processed cow in it, but I found it funny as hell.
