I'm spending today in bed with a book and a GBA, patently avoiding everyone, though I did get a call from rukasboy inviting me to a little invitation only shindig over at his place. I might go, I haven't seen him in a while, and I do want to hug and congratulate him on finishing radiation n' stuff. Plus I needed the giggle when he prank called me and then got all huffy when I hung up on him the first time. Soooooo I dunno. On one hand, I'm kinda enjoying hiding and wallowing, on the other hand... being social ain't such a bad thing. What to do, what to do...

My shoulder feels better today. Still really sore, but I can actually raise my arm over my head without a) wincing b) grabbing my wrist with my other hand. Which is good news, fro-wise. You would not believe the pain in the ass black hair becomes when it hurts to use both hands.

Back to bed for now - call the house if you need me.

tee, I got a call from masteradept today. :) There's a week's worth of smiling right there.

my day's been uneventful, really. anzovin absconded with the girlie after coming over to watch some silly flick... my, but he's fun to tease. Other than that... well, I can't really remember the last time I spent a saturday sleeping and reading. It would have been nice had I not been grumpy as all hell.

One funny note for the evening - I never thought I'd appreciate the ability to hook my own bra in the back. I guess you really can't take anything for granted.

Anyway, I decided not to go to rukasboy's party. It's going to be a fairly quiet weekend all told - I have a coffee date tomorrow, though the funny thing is that I haven't had much stomach for coffee since the accident, so I might just get cocoa. Other than that, nothing really planned other than kickin' on my back like a departed Norwegian Blue, and possibly cleaning. Or watching ancient sitcoms form the 1970s. Bless OnDemand. :)
