Tonight was... well, much of today from this afternoon onwards was spent quietly freaking out, actually freaking out and processing relationship fu with and about sundart. Tonight there was much talking and tears from both of us, but we have survived it. More later, must go to bed and close scratchy eyeballs...

I remember being three or four and stuffing my butt into Dad's wastebasket in front of the TV just so I could watch World News Tonight with Mom before Family Feud. Later I came to respect him as a journalist. He will be missed.
