kjpepper: (penis truck)
Frighteningly enough, I've come to the point in my life where I can drink a swig of raspberry vodka right from the bottle, make a face, and get away with an observation of "you know - that wasn't that bad." Somewhere deep in my psyche, seven year old Andee is deeply horrified, especially since raspberry smirnoff tastes exactly like that horrible perscription cough medicine little Andee took for her asthma linked bouts of bronchitis. And by "took", I mean "led mom on a very nonconsensual game of 'you want me to swallow that? you'll have to catch me first.'" *chuckle*

[livejournal.com profile] morlock also bought me a small bottle of Baileys. Ah, the Irish, how they must be kissed for their genius of putting cream, caramel and whiskey into one delectable drink. *happy sigh* That boy loves me.

For all that, I only got drunk enough to get silly. I'm way too conscious of my limit, I guess, cause there's always this voice that says "OK, stop now" and I listen. So I mostly ham up the rest, cause I can. But yeah. It was still fun. However, while for some reason alcohol boosts my pool game, it really does nothing for my Super Mario skills. Nothing, I tell you.

And yes. There was plenty of debauchery. You'd be disappointed in both of us if there wasn't.

Afterwards though... eh. I had nightmares all night and in the course of the evening [livejournal.com profile] morlock's shoulder began acting up like fuck, so not so much with the good sleepings. Still, I'm awake, in a fairly good mood, and not at all hung over, so a winnar is me. Sorta.

Now, if only [livejournal.com profile] sundart would come home before I have to leave, that would be good.

There's a big orange sign in the road saying CRACK SEALING AHEAD.

so may ways to misread that...

riffing off of my notebook snobbery post of a couple of days ago... I wonder if such a notebook exists where one side of the page is lined and the other is blank, or have every other sheet be ruled/blank? That would be kinda perfect - doodle space, and lined space.

Definitely buying new notebook on Friday.  This one is so done.

going home now.
