in short, nor'easter plus hurricane plus it's below 50 degrees equals oh god oh god we're all gonna die. Well not really, but we're under flood warning and after hearing my windows slam around in their frames this morning (I hate to think what they would have done had the storms not been down) I decided it was the better part of valor and warm dryness to skip class this morning.

I do still have to work tho. Feh.

The second Narnia trailer is out, in case you couldn't tell by the icon. Ohh Tilda Swinton. So sexy. So British. SO BUGSHIT CRAZY! Or at least all her characters are. Linky

I'm looking way forward to this movie, though if they go for all seven I'll probably show the next six the same disdain as I did when I was a kid. The first on was the only one I ever really liked.

BTW - high definition quicktime trailers are truly sexy beasts. I've been watching quite a few of them lately off of Apple.com/trailers. Some of them really save you the trouble of ever seeing a movie you have no interest in seeing, considering all of the good parts seem to make the trailer anyway.

and as a side note, I do find it amusing that most of my almost sixty icons express annoyance of some sort or another. Tells you something about my life. don't it?

I'm definitely better moodwise than I was this afternoon, but I'm still feeling run down and not really well, though I don't actually feel *sick*. I think the technical term is "bleh."
