Nov. 6th, 2005 01:45 amwell, it's been a productive few hours. Music truly is the lubricant of all ignominious tasks. I'm still kinda boggled by the stuff I've forgotten I have, music wise, and then there's the various
beatgoddess legacies that I have yet to discover from her omg-must-rip-all-my-cds-now frenzy last year. It's fun.
Anyway, other than the whole music soothes the savage beast thing, I've gotten both mine and
sundart's room straightened and swept. The laundry has been either put away or sorted into loads for washing tomorrow. Theoden is still reading. Both beds are made up. I also made a crack at putting a few of the books away. And I also sat down and finally fixed my panther necklace. It's now got a clasp so I don't have to worry as much about losing it now. It's good to have it on again.
I'm still awake, but I'm starting to run down a little. I'm trying at this point to decide whether to call it quits and go to bed or to tackle the living room next. Hmm. Maybe I'll think it over while eating the last of the birthday Godiva. *sigh* We REALLY need DVD/VHS racks, the stacks we currently have sitting on the living room floor are starting to kill my soul. Time to start monitoring Freecycle again, I think - that or lose it one day soon and hie me hence to Target and spend more money I don't have.
Oooh, Bob Marley...
