Nose tube out. Out of ICU. digestive system seems to be begrudgingly working. No food yet but THE TUBE IS OUT. they might be moving me to another unit which is good cause I don't really like this one. Walking around the halls dragging my IV around. Still coughing like an 80 year old with emphysyma.
Bad news: Not sure how long I'm stuck here, but gunning for my birthday. Some kind of aggressive Crohns management is in order right now. Still need oxygen cause not breathing right. cranky cause I can't eat. Need my own bottom jammies cause the hospital ones SUCK. you lose 7% of your muscle mass just not moving. It goes to WATER. I am not kidding. There is no flesh in my skin anymore, and the only reason I look normal is because right now I'm an seriously deformed bag of water. Knee to toe I'm just swelling. It's gross.
Ugly news - my inscision is pretty cool looking. ;)
Going to sleep. Need a nap, despite the parade of zakrezewskis and J in my room. :D
