kjpepperow ow ow. shit I'm cold. And it's really hard to type when your fingers are damn near frozen. Spring may have sprung in MA, but it's still like just below freezing out there this early in the morning. Note to self: next time, wear gloves. Yowsa. It hurts when your fingertips thaw out.
Good, if fairly short ride - probably because I was cold, I didn't get nearly as far as I'd hoped, and kinda gave up in the middle and came home. Glad I got out there though - there is something really nice about riding into the sunrise. Must do this more often. Dressed a bit warmer.
Jeeezus Christ, there are some seriously ambitious little kids on our street. On my way home I swear I passed the Hopscotch Court That Never Ends. Well, it did end, after it meadered past thirteenish houses and stopped at 1000. And I thought it was a challenge making it all the way to 20 without hitting a line. It must have taken these kids all day just to draw it let alone play it. Not to mention you'd have to have the arm of a major league pitcher to toss the rock into the 600s.
wonder if there's a world record for that sort of thing?
