So just for shits and hahas, I was browsing through real estate listings just now... jeezus, property is expensive round the valley, but that's not the point of the post.

The little yellow house, the original casita_amarilla, is on the market again.

The last time it went on the market it resulted in us getting evicted from it.

It's been so weird driving by it these day on the occasional points when we are on Route 10 and seeing how the new landlords have fixed the place up, especially in light of how our old landlady, a true deadbeat in every sense of the word, didn't do jack shit with the property besides mow and shovel. Also it's damned weird clicking on the property pictures and seeing the complete renovation of what was beatgoddess's apartment. But... but, the upstairs was Fisher Price sundart's and my first apartment... I'd totally live there again, wow.

*sigh* Oh, for several hundred thousand dollars of disposable income, and a credit history that isn't laughable.
