kjpepperyeah, I'm still awake. Gotta love the potency of extra large Dunkin Donuts coffee.
I'm watching VH1 Classic right now - I didnt' realize we get it with our cable package. (it's 277, if you get comcast digital around here.) I kinda forgot how cute Cyndi Lauper was. And what the hell was up with Genesis and those seriously frightening puppets in "Land of Confusion?" Why is Ronald Reagan running around in a superman outfit? Why were music videos completely fucked up in the 80s? Why aren't they more fucked up now? I mean there are only so many times you can see booty girls and Britney Spears nearly falling out of her top, you know? Honestly I think the latest video that made my jaw drop was probably The White Stripes doing legovision. I guess there's not all that much call for it anymore, considering MTV is like Reality Show TV and VH1's gone to the pop culture dogs. :P
Suddenly really missing Kennedy and Alternative Nation right now.
