And now to a real entry...

I'm dead tired, but I've had quite a good day so no real complaints. :) Actually, my good day kinda... no wait, it was after midnight ha ha, so it's all been today being excellent. Rar.

So I went over to [livejournal.com profile] morlock's and crashed out... which is funny because he hadn't gotten back from game yet, so I said hello to [livejournal.com profile] jade_eyes13 and [livejournal.com profile] wrpigeek, got into bed and went to sleep... woke up to [livejournal.com profile] morlock coming to bed, stayed up for a little bit. ;)

Today we sneaked into... wtf is it called, Boyken? over at UMass so [livejournal.com profile] morlock could teach me to play squash. So weird, playing what is essentially the love child of tennis and handball, neither of which I was ever all that great at but thoroughly enjoyed. So yeah, we played strange claustrophobic indoor tennis for a bit. It's fun, and I'm intrigued enough to look forward to going back again next week. That and it's kinda fun watching [livejournal.com profile] morlock diving for a ball with a racquet.

Home afterwards, so that [livejournal.com profile] sundart could give [livejournal.com profile] morlock his Valentine - a batch of really yummy cookies. Actually he dropped me off first and then went on mystery errand - ie, picking up my VD day present. And he comes back with a five octave touch sensitive keyboard. (!!!!!!11!!!!!!ONE!ELEVENTEEN!!!???!) Well, I said I wanted to pick up my piano again... actually just music in general, but at least this way I don't have to charm and hair twirl my way into Sage Hall or Helen Hills Hills Chapel to practice.

There really isn't anything to be said other than...

morlock! HOOHAHA!

for that.

The day continued to be cool after that - [livejournal.com profile] sydneycat and [livejournal.com profile] sundart and I went to the Holyoke Mall for a little bit of kamikaze shopping for pants, little travel kits for the nights away from home that [livejournal.com profile] sundart and I will be/are having on a fairly regular basis. and dreaded holiday stuff. Reminds me, I gotta go to CVS and see if they still stock heads for my toothbrush, but that's another thing and I can do that tomorrow. I was also trying to find some specific presents for her and [livejournal.com profile] morlock, but no dice. Bah. sunny's I'll have to get on Monday, but the boy's will be tricky. And possibly late. :P But... we'll see. :)
