Doctor shopping

kjpeppersorry, I've been rather loquacious today...
anyway, talking a break from the grind here and taking a moment to do something I meant to do last month - doctor shop! based on location and health plan, I've got the following 8 picked out for the important stuff after primary care (which is already picked out?):
