kjpepperSo. iTunes just played "Crazy" (Seal), "Too bad you're crazy" (Jerry Whitman and Linda Harman), and "Crazy" (Kidney Thieves covering Patsy Kline) in a row, then followed it up with "Novicaine for the soul" (Eels) I'm just waiting for the Portishead because that will be sold proof that I am controlling iTunes with MOOD POWER... Hmm, now we're playing "Kielbasa" (Tenacious D). Okay, maybe not.
Yeah, I'm kinda out of it today. Really I've been lower than usual the past three or four days. Nah, no real idea why, but I'm definitely feeling it. I thought it was the heat, but the weather was nice enough to break recently so it's not that. I do know whatever it is is keeping me from sleeping - I ended up staying up until 4:30 last night watching the second season of Taxi, yanking a brush through my hair and wincing. Yowsa. My hair is fucked up. I need to take better care of it for a while, which meants the yarn's going on hiatus.
But yeah... tonight I'm going to belly dance and then going right home afterwards, probably to sleep, though I rather badly need to clean my house. You know it's not good when I'm not even up to the little amount of social interaction it takes to haul my butt upstairs to QT-11 and watch wrestling. :(
I know I know, I'm overdue for a shrinkypie session. She's on vacation until after we get back from SIGGRAPH. Bleh, I say.
