kjpepper: (kill you with my brain)

Funny - Watch this. Marilyn Manson + schoolhouse rock + lampooning the food pyramid FTW.

Me - still sharp around the edges, desperately tired after two days straight of really bad sleep, and somewhat shellshocked. I ended up not continuing my conversation with dad - I wrote him a letter apologizing for exploding at him but stating that most of what I told him needed to be said. And then I got the hell out of there. Leaving my wallet in NY in the process. Sigh.

Work - is going to be long and hard today. And no cash for caffiene. :( maybe I can bat my eyes at anthony and have him make coffee.

Lost - 2 more eps. Four more to go. We can make it.

Warcrack - indeed helped with the killing stuff yesterday. and hooray for [livejournal.com profile] masteradept joining us in our revelry.

Belly Dance - starts tonight...

There's a freaking out session waiting to happen in here, but it's not coming out. :)

Winrar! Where is that from? And is that really MM or just a very good impersonator?

nope, it's really MM. It's from an episode of Clone High (hail wikipedia!) I actually remember that show - if you blinked you missed it, but it was really funny.

The animation on this is friggin priceless... "limit your intake or else you'll DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE!!!!!!"

Heh, neat. Reminds me of Get Perpendicular.

It's funny that Schoolhouse Rock is one of those things I've experienced only through references and parodies, never having watched any of it directly. There should be a term for that.

I'd be vastly shocked if they weren't on DVD or You tube. You can definitely see why they inspire parody and tributes. If you're looking, three of the more famous ones are "three is a magic number" (i have the blind melon cover of this), "conjunction junction" and "I'm just a bill."
