oh goddamn it
Nov. 15th, 2006 02:20 pmSure, the second everything slows down from OMG WTF BBQ XYZ ELEVENTYONE I get sick. :( Well, no, I'm not quite sick yet, just kinda hoarse, scratchy and postnasal, but it's definitely the last ditch shut-up-sit-down-bundle-up-stop-eating-crap-take-care-of-yourself warning before I do. Think of it as the WALL in "running running running wall."
Blergh.
In other news, I was both touched and amused to find several congratulatory messages from our regular clients in my inbox this morning. News travels fast in these here parts apparently. :) It's very weird actually - sunny and I were discussing that even if you keep everything deliberately low key, there's still that slight twist of paradigm shift when you get married. Nothing really changes per say, but everything looks just a wee bit different on the other side. It's very akin to losing your virginity, I think - I very clearly remember that weird "whoa" feeling that came afterwards, even though nothing had, in reality, shifted except perhaps my own perspective, and even that at a very subtle level.
No plans really for tonight, as LOST is on hiatus. Creative brain rotting I think is in order, so I'm either going to read or warcrack or make a to-do list on things to do now that the wedding's over and acheive all of it before midnight. And then after that I think I'll birth a litter of kittens and leap over the Empire state building in a single bound. Y'know, just for poops and hahas.
