So this weekend was pretty okay, best thing about it is that it's still going on today, due to an optional day off today which I took, though today I'm a bit at loose ends seeing as I really really don't want to do my laundry. Of course, if I don't, I will be going to work in my underpants and it's a mite cold for that sort of thing.

Saturday after a decent popcorn shift, I went to see Curse of the Golden Flower with

sundart. Like many films in that genre, it was eye-poppingly beautiful and then of course ebpxf snyy, rirelbar qvrf. Except for the one guy who probably should. but hang the plot, this film was so gorram PRETTEH. sweet buttery forbidden city. Sweet sweet buttery Gong Li. She seriously is one of the most gorgeous women in the world I shit you not. If not THE most. :)

After the film while waiting for

morlock to get out of his box office shift and take us home Sunny and I had a long long talk where I pretty much laid down what all has been seriously fucking me up for the past little while. It was the sort of talk that while it actually doesn't solve things, getting them out felt really good cause carrying them around on my own was getting to be a bit much. She let me rail on for a while, brought me concession napkins to blow my nose on and just listened and hugged and made incisive points that confirmed I wasn't crazy, and while I'm still in a funk somewhat, I do feel somewhat easier for having unloaded.

Yesterday I mostly spent hiding from

sundart and

anzovin being adorable (it being their anniversary (observed)) and killing things with my warlock. Which is exactly what I planned to do with the day so in that sense it was good. I also am rather proud of myself for managing to fix

anzovin's keyboard after a mis-aimed CD thrown at me by

sundart somehow managed to pop the E key off. E's kind of important, so that was a not good thing. Anyway last night after I was done finally warcracking I did manage to get the key snapped back on... it's just a little stiff in execution, but better than, you know, not being there.

But yeah, today is all rainy and gah and I don't want to do anything except sleep. I feel like I should at least get my laundry done, or do something... i don't know, black, today in honor of the holiday but I honestly don't feel like it. Its going to be heroic if I drag myself to belly dance tonight. Bleh.
