kjpepper: (fabulous)

There are three huge Dell boxes in the hallway of QT9 containing teh EPEEN. Hehehe.

So why isn't it out of the box and ready to rumble? well... I forgot to have Dad put a wireless card in it. So I am waiting until I can stop at Target tomorrow and pick up a usb stick adapter. Not to mention I have to schlep all three delectable boxes over to the Bolthole. Thinking of heading to work early tomorrow so I can escape early and embark on that project, through truth be told I could probably manage the two smaller boxes tonight, unless of course they're heavier than they look (entirely possible). Couldn't be worse than [livejournal.com profile] anzovin's elliptical right?

Anyway, epeen should be fully up and kicking ass by Wednesday, which is when I plan to do the inaugural Warcraft run with it. Which is excellent timing, as it looks like The Order of Anami has an excellent and jam packed evening planned.

I am tickled to find that [livejournal.com profile] anzovin's mom and sister are taking belly dance in the class before me. Hope they like it. As for me, hmm. Need to work on mayas.

[livejournal.com profile] sundart's stew is even better the second day, nom nom nom nom nom.

My phone is one step further in the transformation to being truly MY PHONE. [livejournal.com profile] morlock helped me put some truly silly ringtones on there, so now the Brownes come in as either the Brady Bunch or the Addams Family, sundart comes in as the Town theme from Shining Force, sydneycat has the entrance music for John Cena, morlock has the opening from the Boondocks, text messages come in as the "*arrow* Message for you, sir!" from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and voice mail (since I detest it) comes in as the murloc aggro noise from WoW. I also have my primary ringtone set to the "Legends" theme from WoW, though I'm thinking of switching some people over to The Entrance Hall from Super Castlevania 4 (which has been my default ringtone on my last two phones, but this versions better. That and I'm debating on whether to use a clip from Jonathan Coulton's "Code Monkey" for anyone from work. Yeah, I'm a geek. Shup. I figure if I have to shlep around one of these horrid things i might as well have fun with them. :)

Really that's all. I'm about to test the weight of a dell box and then head home.
