kjpepperThe bleck has descended into the chest, which is actually a bit of a relief, as I'd much rather have the ability to breathe through my nose than full lung capacity. The rain last night, brief as it was, probably helped with the whole allergy thing as well which was good because I had enough to contend with with the dust and stuff today. Happily, QT11 is clean at this point, we just need to shuttle stuff back to Northampton and get the last few items freecycled. Then we can be freaking DONE with quadtower and focus on unpacking CampAmoeba.
In addition to helping Sydneycat make progress on 11 and dealing with the freecycling, we had lunch at the ABC, wherein we marvelled at the ghost town like quiet of Amherst post-graduation and how lovely it was. Later today I made the house dinner and then joined Syd and the cats upstairs for monday night wrestling (ah, how I've missed RAW, though admittedly the female battle royale waterfight in bikinis was just painful to watch and the latter half I fell asleep through). Did dishes and fell asleep again on the couch waiting up for morlock, who came in late after work after which we had one of those conversations that I expect to be mulling over tomorrow.
I dunno. I suppose I shouldn't complain about not having much of a holiday, 'cause I know some folk had to work, and what I was doing was all in a good cause, but I do look forward to the weekend where I can spend the entire 48+ hours of it dead asleep or warcracking and not feel a shred of remorse. Definitely need one of those soon. Still... at the end of the day there is some satisfaction to be had in knowing that the job of looking after your family/pack/tribe/blobthing well was done well.
Off to the showers, then to bed.
