Still plugging away at Mystery Beading project #2. Except that I'm done with the fun part of the main project, namely weaving the pattern onto the loom, and into the seriously pain in the ass WHY GOD WHY part, which is taking all of the warp threads and "finishing" them, ie, reweaving them back into the piece. Which is a bit long and tedious and kinda makes me want to defenestrate the whole project. ARG. And after that I'm still not done, but the next bit is going to be a lot better than the finishing.

Just keep telling myself... it'll be gorgeous when it's done... whenever that'll be.

In other news, no more crappy flea market bead loom! (for the most part) I ordered myself a new one this week, one specially made for the bitsy size 11 beads I usually use for weaving. I'm guessing it'll be here around Friday, considering it has to ship from California... but SQUEE. Onwards and upwards to bigger projects. I'm thinking I might make a set of coasters next. :)
