HAHAHAHAHAHA oh gods, blast me back to my adolescence will you? I totally rocked the Jane Fonda step workout. :) And I had the calves to prove it.

you made me miss my step now. Damn it. I still have the tape, cause I gave it to Sydneycat last year, but the step is in my parents sunporch right now... no matter, I'm so pitiful that I probably would have to ditch the two risers... and that would make me cry cause once upon a time I could rock all three.

I can't live without my step bench, I really would weigh 200 lbs without the damn thing. That bench and Ms "Buns of Steel" Tamilee Webb keep me from actual morbid obesity. And Kathy Smith, though her tape is the one I can't complete yet (grr).

Plus...you know about my height challenge. Superman *loved* standing me up on the bench so certain targets where at a more convient location (sigh).

I sympathize with your pain. The cross-trainers at my gym kicked the crap out of me at first, too. But I got them back in the end.

Of course, the session I just had with my trainer today could be considered the gym's equipments revenge on me...
