Good news, bad news

Good news: it seems very likely that i will be sprung out of here this afternoon.

Bad news: I have to continue with both blood thinner meds. Yeah. Both. Including the one that needs to be injected into my tummy fat every 12 hours. *whine* I have to give myself shoooooooooooooooooots. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Seriously, it'll be fine once I do it a few times, I just have to stop being a pussy about it. But yeesh.

On the other hand, the IV'll come out, the heart monitor will be off and I'll get to hug my kitties and take a real honest to goodness shower soon. That I think will be worth the prices of 12 hour needles.

nope, luvenox. It's apparently what they're replacing heparin with. And the good news is I only have to inject it once a day, not twice. W00t.

Speaking as someone who has to inject her own fat twice a day, I've found that the butt fat hurts a lot less than the tummy fat and you're less likely to catch a capillary and give yourself a nice bruise.

I don't know if your stuff can be injected into butt fat, but I would recommend you ask the doctor.
