I overdid it with the weights yesterday and my shoulders and quads are sore like hell. I think just cardio today. Also, totally broke my bed last night. (and no, not while doing anything fun, alas, one of the side slats popped off.)

In completely unrelated news, did you know your livejournal was the second entry to come up when I did a google search for gachupon? Never mind that apparently that's not how it's spelled, I think that's pretty awesome.
