Recipe for insanity

...no consistent internet connection at the house until at least Thursday. I've resorted to coming into work an hour and a half early to take care of my morning stuff. Which isn't all that bad of a proposition considering the weather and the central air.

Yesterday evening went pretty much exactly as planned. The workday eased up a bit after 1pm so I was able to eke through the rest of it, but then the session with chiquitita afterwards was unexpectedly hard, cause we got around to talking about the current state of my relationships and that was a bit much after no sleep and freaktastically crazy workday. So basically I went home, made morlock hug me, and then passed out cold on the living room couch for four hours. Slept right through American Gladiators, even though it was on in front of me the whole time. Will have to watch it later, I guess. Did catch most of RAW... still adjusting to the cast changes. I really like that Batista and Rey Mysterio are now on Raw, but I couldn't care less about CMPunk, and I actually miss Trips, Kennedy, Jeff Hardy and J.R. Ah well.

I need to sit down and reformulate my to-do list again, as I have ideas for both new and old projects as well as knowing there are some things I'm in the middle of that I desperately need to finish. Also I curse space_craft for alerting me to the existence of these. I don't think I want for my room, but I think they'd look pretty excellent in either the short hall between my room and morlock's study, or in the tragically boring second floor hallway.

Also, need to get back on track in terms of taking pictures. I have no real excuse not to especially since the phone actually has a fairly decent camera on it now.

Vacation???

I'm sorry Zadnyl and her significant other won't be in Dutchess County for her birthday and our travel plans have changed. You are still welcome to come along to the beach. MythMaster will be showing us his old haunts Monday and if you want, you could spend some time with your Dad or stick with us. Then, it's off to the beach for Tuesday and Wednesday, sleeping in a motel about 10 miles from the beach both Monday night and Tuesday night. We need to know if you'll be with us. We've booked two rooms, but could cancel to one, and may, if you can't come and Zadnyl and crew decide not to. They're leaning in that direction. Probably JAZ and Sunny would be more comfy in their own room, but I'm not sure I can justify the extra expense in my own mind if we don't have at least 5 people. I'd love to keep both rooms...let me know if you can sneak away. We'll have you home in time to sleep on Wednesday night and be back to work Thursday!

I'm still not sure what my actual plans are for next week, but I'm pretty sure I won't be joining y'all at the hotel. :P Let me get back to you about the rest of it. :D
