about five sets of crunches balanced on an exercise ball
2 sets of lat pulls
2 sets of pull ups
2 sets of chest press
2 sets of chest fly

Between the 3 hours of sleep last night and all of the above I'm going to sleep like the dead tonight.

I need a workout icon. Currently trolling the internet for pictures of Vera de Milo.
