kjpepperPros: smells like yummy yummy bacon and it slices easily.
Cons: tastes like salty squishy charcoal.
Oh well, you win some you lose some, and it is entirely conceivable that this just might be off a bad wheel. At least I have a small brick of gruyere awaiting my return from the gym later. :)
