Pros: smells like yummy yummy bacon and it slices easily.

Cons: tastes like salty squishy charcoal.


Oh well, you win some you lose some, and it is entirely conceivable that this just might be off a bad wheel. At least I have a small brick of gruyere awaiting my return from the gym later. :)

Trust the ex-Vermonter, that cheese should be a revelation for your face, I miss it. If it doesn't taste good it's a bad batch, I'd take it back.
