It's funny that you posted this. That's exactly what my cat was doing this morning. Actually, she was being particularly obnoxious. She actually started up when I got home last night. My husband fed her while I was at work, and, by the time I got back, she was acting as if she hadn't been fed. doomsey and I think she was trying to dupe me into giving her more food.
Oh, god, I LOVE Simon's Cat! (Random story: The first was popular at our CSI Night parties, where we all had computers and would show each other Youtube videos. One day my friend and I found the second and tried to watch it while everyone else was talking and partying. I yelled, "QUIET! We're trying to watch the sequel to 'Cat Man Do'!" There was an immediate scramble to get a good spot to watch, followed by dead silence.)
One of our cats actually has that for a nickname when she starts getting more and more desperate to get our attention. "Hey, Simon's Cat! Did you, perchance, want to come in?"
