i was fucked up about this when i saw it before TDK...but i've actually grown kinda fond of it after a few times seeing it.

its interesting cause it actually boils the movie down into its basic components...even tho one of my favorite parts is the principal (RIP qq)

a decade that was almost completely marked with economic growth. a time where technology was invented fast than people could actually learn how to use it. the biggest problem from the white house is that he got a BJ from some chick. the congress and the president were controlled by two opposing parties but they manged to balance the budget. there was an explosion of alternative music, mostly fueled by a backlash against corporate rock bands from the 80s dying out. cartoon network actually showed cartoons, MTV actually showed music videos. berlin wall coming down. we fought a war that actually made sense...

i honestly could go on and on. its ok to miss the 90s. it was pretty fucking kickass. the only question is why would a video remaking an 80s movie make you miss the 90s?
