Vacation vacation vacation is free! Well not free. But at least scheduled. I've taken the week of the 17th off, and I will be going home sweet New York for it. ("Her Daddy'll love that.")

Looking rather rabidly forward to the time off, and knowing that it's coming puts a little more drive and focus into my days. Hey, every little bit helps.

The rest of this entry is devoted to time whoring - if people want to get together/see me while I'm downside, let me know. :D

Sure, why not? I have Friday's half off in the summer, so if you want to go to Serendipity 3, they probably wouldn't be too crowded mid-afternoon.

well, they have rat here, but it's kind of like the pizza - anywhere but new york, and you have to constantly have to resist the urge to say "ur doing it rong" every single time.

Please forgive my ignorance, but what month does this refer to?
If it is August, our whole group is going to Coney Island on Wednesday, August 20th...you are welcome to join us.
(We do 'field trips' with the kids in the summer instead of sending them to camp. We figured they should see Coney Island before they tear it down, and our native Midwesterner has never seen an ocean.)
