Awake. Been awake since 2.

Having panic attack about all the crap I have to do both at home and at work.

Probably working from home today. Can't deal with other people, and if people see me I'll probably get assigned something. And I need to get what's already on my plate done.

Bad weather in the head.

It's not going to be a good week.

Interesting...I woke up at 2:30 and haven't been able to get back to sleep either.

I tried to go to sleep at 2-2:30, and felt something unnerving, somewhat fear inducing. didn't know what it was.

Maybe it was sunspots.
