16 oz (at least) of medium rare local sirloin seems to be a good cure for blackly depressed, which I've been all day. I'm now feeling something approaching human.

Yes. Especially since it came off a cow somewhere near Easthampton, so some seriously FRESH medium rare steak. ;)
