Skype, matey!

Methinks I'm taking a fancy to Skype, now that me crew there has taken on some new recruits, Arr. Melikes that I can hear a voice much clearer than with a cell - ye get accustomed to a call having that special "Ahoy, I hail ye from the bilges" quality. And so, it's like unto a breath of fresh salt sea air to hear how ye voices are supposed to sound.

So, which of ye scurvy dogs are in possession of it?

I've heard that certain geeks actually use this program as teamspeak for when they waste hours on end playing something daft like City of Villians or the like >.> <.<

My experience with people calling me through Skype has been entirely negative. Voices are barely decipherable, and calls drop more often than not. Frankly, when I find out that someone's calling me on Skype, I get the urge to hand up on the spot. I like to think that my time is worth at least couple of cents a minute to people.

... are they calling you from skype to your phone? Cause I'm doing skype to skype. They charge you if you want to dial an actual #.

Never had a problem with it, incidentally.

Never had as skype to skype call, since I still don't own a headset, and never had the urge to call someone from my computer.
