Notes to self
Oct. 8th, 2008 07:01 amapparently red meat and sleep and attention = good. ;) I woke up twice tonight - once at one, and again at six, and golly fuck, I feel... not normal, but definitely a lot better than yesterday. Not as sore, my energy level isn't all dead and wonky... I don't think I'm up to running any marathons or anything but yeah. definitely better. And it looks like the swelling is finally finally starting to go down in my legs, which is making me all kinds of happy. I like having feet at the end of my legs as opposed to marshmallows.
Today: gotta see Dr. Tassoni (my GI)... I'm gonna continue to rest up, because I'd like to take the bus up instead of a cab, and considering the three hour bursts of activity followed by three hour nap routine I've established, that's gonna be tricky. We'll see.
