So for the past couple of weeks, I've been hurting from the neck down. Both shoulders are sore as hell, we all know about my right ankle. and now due to those lovely falls I had on the ice earlier, both my hips hurt (and yes, I do have some beautiful bruises mottling up both legs.)

Also I have a headache. Part of it was trying to pull off a little of morlock's migraine earlier since he came home with one bad enough to leave him crying for about 20 minutes straight, but also? I have no creamer, so therefore I had no coffee today. No caffiene = ow.

So this is what it feels like to be eighty.

I'm going to take a scalding hot shower and then contemplate whether to take to my newly comfy bed or head to the mall for yaktrax.
