Is it just me or has anyone else had the weird phenomenon of what happens to your appetite before and after grocery shopping? That thing where before you go grocery shopping there's nothing in the house really to eat, you've eaten all the good stuff and what's left isn't inspiring, so you get hungry for like a minute and lose interest due to lack of anything good... And then after you go, suddenly you get too many choices and get intimidated and lose interest.

I find this occurrence pretty funny personally.

Still kinda groggy and achy, but getting better. May even make it to the gym tomorrow, huzzah. I haven't been drinking enough water though, so I think I'll pack the nalgene I used to keep on my desk at work and force myself to drink its contents today.
