As part of its centennial celebration, a contest was held to pick a town slogan. Some of the other entries included: "No End to Climax,'' "Cling to the Culmination: Climax Forever'' and "Bring a Friend to Climax.''

to cut the excess sugar from my life, I think. I've started noticing that eating super sweet things is making me really sick to my stomach.

Of course that could just be that yesterday was yesterday and I ODed on that chocolate [livejournal.com profile] birkwelch sent over. oooog. :)

Still, considering the fact that there's a pretty rampant penchant for diabetes in my family, it isn't the worst idea in the world.

I am NOT doing the atkins thing though. Cult diets that take over entire supermarket shelves and restaurant chains... *crosses self* No thanks. Too scary for me.

Okay, so you know the last sequence in ep. 24 of Cowboy Bebop? That song that's playing over it (Call Me Call Me) is soooooooooooo on the list of songs that make me cry it's not even funny. I swear, I'm still having a problem choking up when I'm listening to it.
