I changed my LJ layout to one of them thar newfangled S2 layouts. Still have to tweak some colorage here and there, but overall I think I like it. :)

Right, splendid. The only way my hair is getting done is though grim determination and good movies. luckily I have both the DVD player on my laptop and our living room player to choose from. Probably going to stick with the laptop. Sure, the sound is crap, but it's not like I haven't seen any of the four currently next to me.

Oh, my selections for the grim task are:

Amélie - somehow, despite it being in the house and me loving this movie more than life itself, I haven't seen it in at least a year and change.

A Midsummer Night's Dream - The Kevin Kline/Michelle Pfeiffer version. Which I actually love to absolute death. Better than the seriously grating 1935 version, anyway.

Ladyhawke - continuing the Michelle Pfeiffer thing, I suppose! Haven't seen this wonder of a movie cursed with 80s soundtrack in a very very long time

Spiderman - despite the line of dialogue which will not be named nor made fun of in this entry *snrrk* I did like this movie shitloads, and i haven't seen the sequel yet, so call this gearing up if I get to it.

Okay then. Braiding begins... now!

Oh, thank the goddess

two and a half movies (only halfway through Midsummer, and I didn't get to Spidey) and just about six hours later, the damn hair is done.

shit, it's been three fecking months since I looked in the mirror and actually recognized my reflection.

Now I think food (haven't eaten today) and shower (yick, I'm all sticky, damned humidity) are in order.
