We got a little bit of accumulation finally. I stood in it for a few minutes, letting the tiny needles of cold hit my face in a soft comforting stream. Cold, cold snow on my face, cold lump of ice in my throat preventing me from feeling much of anything.

Long ass winter ahead, I can feel it.

Ooooooh!

there is nothing, NOTHING so pretty or so BRIGHT, as pure unadulturated sunshine reflecting off of pristine, new fallen snow. Mostly cloudy my ass.

Such begins the season where it's my turn taking care of the grounds. Off to put pants on and spent the next hour or so experiencing the head clearing, bicep building properties of shovelling. Whoo!

Ultimate laziness is phone posting in my room cause i don't wanna stir from warm bednest. Not even to go get DnDts coffee.

Way way WAY too much SVU

So sundart and I have this massive joint hardon for Mariska Hargitay (Olivia Benson, on SVU) It kinda makes walking very interesting, and generates such inappropriate exchanges as the following:

Me (reading the peanut butter label): "Peanuts, Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable oil, including Cottonseed, rapeseed... Rapeseed? Aaaagh! These seeds have been raped! Call SVU - we need Mariska Hargitay to investigate our peanut butter!"

sundart (laughing her ass off): "Mariska Hargitay can investigate my peanut butter anytime."

Oy.

Anyway, earlier we were trying to come up with a list of hot TV chicks. The hot chicks that are or can be the ONLY reason why you watch the show. We came up with the following.

Weatherseal

so sunny's and my room doesn't have heat. Which we dealt with last year and it turned out to be fine - enough leaches out of the kitchen to keep it quite toasty. But this year with some prodding I actually put up plastic over three of our four windows. It's weird shrinkwrap plastic too, so now our room has this air of pre-viewed Blockbuster video but should stay cozy this winter. Besides, how often do you get to attack windows with full strength black girl hair dryer while yelling about burninating all the peasants in their thatch roofed cottages? hmmm?
