sundart's family, that's true.
I am happy to say I was nowhere near anything remotely retail yesterday. I'm pretty allergic to Black Friday in general, and was even before working a couple of them at Cinefart and seeing first hand how crazy people get at the mall. Which is good because apparently it was fatal for a few people yesterday. Way to make me hate shopping even more, species.
Left Nuke's early yesterday and got on a bus to Binghamton, where I was picked up bysundart and jeanettez and whisked off to the holiday party with all of sunny's relatives. And I thought I had a lot of cousins. But a very good time was had, it's always fun seeing zadnyl and jon and co. :)
After the party (oof, so much pizza and cookies...) we came back tojeanettez and mythmaster's. I hadn't seen their house since they moved, and it's really really cute. Especially the hand built stone fireplace with several strings of christmas lights tucked into the stones. And you know, fire. FIRE!! heh heh cool. *cackle*
Anyway, we're hanging out and kinda chilling with sunny's parents today, and then we're gonna hop on the road tonight after dinner, asanzovin and I both need a day to decompress after the trip. I'm gonna be home tonight! so happy. This was a long tiring trip. But ultimately I'm glad I made it... and glad I more or less prove capable of making it. So nice to be off the invalid list, I tell ya. Now about that lifting restriction, lol... I kid, I kid. But I've kinda decided that I could stand to be a couple sizes smaller. Or you know, more muscley. either way. :) I'm not gonna go nuts or anything, but really. I need to get off the sugar jag again anyway - I've been kinda horrified my how much I've been tossing down again. And I need to do something more... exercisey. The elliptical is good, but I think I need to take up walking or something cause damn if staying in one place isn't boring as hell. Maybe we need to find a way to string cable into the game TV...
