Okay. It's 82 degrees outside...
Jul. 29th, 2004 05:41 pmSomeone explain to me why I thought it was a good idea to a) bake chicken (requiring oven to be on at 375) b) steam an assload of veggies (requiring boiling water and stove) c) boil pasta (requiring stove and water and steam galore? not to mention all of them require the handling of lots of hot pots.
So this is what Mama always meant about slaving over a hot stove. Whew!
The good news is that Hobiecat + girlfriend may be coming over to partake of the yumtastic masterpiece I am currently working on. I'd say he needs a livejournal, but I know him and he'd never write in it. Ah well. *happy bounce* Maybe this shall be a new tradition, seeing old, but rarely seen friends on or around the Blue Moon. ;)

I've missed you too, sweetie. ;-)
