kjpepperBah, waking up late sucks.
I had a good day/evening yesterday - I got a short vignette typed up and finished, and I made progress on a couple of other projects, even if I didn't finish them. A good exercise in lecturing myself about sitting down and following through with stuff.

gossemer_gull showed up, and pulled crap out from under the couch in search of my still missing ring. Didn't find the bit of treasure, but plenty of kitty toys which by now have all been relost under the couch. We went out, ostensibly for a little stargazing (no aurora though, damn!) and then stopped at Dunkin donuts for crack coffee and sugary things, and then sundart and I spent the rest of the evening having some quality kick the cats out time and going to sleep early (for me anyways, sunny is in here munching on breakfast and commenting on how she's fine after going to bed so late. *sigh* earlybirds.)
