Delusional Homicide

kjpepperI lied. I do like black raspberries. They have to be wild though, cause the wild ones are just small and sweet enough to trick me into thinking that I'm not actually eating a berry-like substance. I had a handful this afternoon as I was walking along the railroad tracks with the company canines, and they were yummy, especially as I had not as yet had anything for lunch. So I stand corrected.
Methought mine ears were decieving me as I charged up the driveway home from work, but alas, no the pseudo cheery and very flat electronic tones of a passing ice-cream truck were indeed wafting their insidious way across the quiet back yards of Smith's backyard. Even though it wasn't playing the same tune as the horrible ghettoass Mr. Softee trucks did back in Flatbush, it still made me want to lunge for the nearest cinderblock to bash it's little speakers in. I wonder where this vendetta against ice cream trucks sprang? was it because I never was allowed to go out and get any growing up?
In other news, I got up the hill without shifting gears once today. Go me!
