It's an ad for an engineering/contracting firm. ^^; Here's a (very) rough translation:

The Anabuki Contracting campaign girl is a well known good kid Anabukin-chan. [a terrible terrible pun on Akazukin-chan, which is what the Japanese call Little Red Riding Hood]
Oh, what's this? The animals of the forest have all gathered 'round! All together now, let's sing!
And a-one, and a-two, and.. Anabukin-chan! Yeees?
Our dreams, growing, swelling, let's seek them!
Our hopes, growing, swelling, let's seek them!
And our breasts also growing, swelling, growing, swelling... (wow!) let's seek them!

Some notes: the subtitles are the names of the characters (Rabbit the rabbit, Deer the deer, etc) followed by their ages.

But if the ad gets people to go LOLWTF, it gets remembered, hopefully along with the name of the company, which seems to be the focus of advertising nowadays.

Wonder what they'll come up with this Sunday. Yes, I'm watching the Super Bowl. I think I may be drummed out of town if I don't watch the mother of all Steelers games ^^
